Are you a leader or a follower?
In this life, I am neither solely a leader nor merely a follower. I am someone who knows when to step forward and when to step back and learn. Leadership is not about always being in front, and following is not a sign of weakness — both require strength, wisdom, and self-awareness.
Sometimes, to be an effective leader, one must first be a faithful follower. And sometimes, being a wise follower is a silent form of leadership — guiding through example, not command. In a world full of voices and directions, I choose to be both: to lead when needed, and to follow when it serves a greater good.
